Method and sources

• Parcels: ParcelMap BC parcel fabric, active parcels with a PID, Province of British Columbia, OGL – BC. The fabric is a graphical reference: the plan of survey and the Land Title Register are the legal authority. Each parcel is placed by an interior point.
• ALR: ALC Agricultural Land Reserve polygons, OGL – BC.
• Wildfire: BC Wildfire Service historical fire perimeters, OGL – BC.
• Heritage: heritage conservation areas, OGL – BC.
• Money: Statistics Canada, 2021 Census, by census subdivision (Statistics Canada Open Licence).
• Not included: the Site Registry (paid, no open licence), municipal zoning (no provincial layer), BC Assessment values (closed).
